About the Journal

It is an international blind peer reviewed Journal published by Faculty of Law, Umaru Musa Yarádua University, Katsina, Nigeria. The Journal is informed by the need to provide platform for intellectual activity and dissemination of legal knowledge to lawyers and non-lawyers who are interested in legal scholarly materials for the purpose of expanding the frontiers of knowledge.
